The Ghost Feet
It is really funny while doing this but it may be messy too. You need black construction paper and white paint. Take your kid’s socks off and paint his feet with white paint. Then hе has to make footsteps on the piece of black constructing paper. When he finishes, wipe his feet immediately with a towel. Leave the picture to dry for few minutes and turn it down so the heel will become the head of the ghost and the kids’ toes will be the bottom of the ghost. It depends on you to decorate the footprints on the paper or if you want you can cut them off. Your children can add the eyes and mouth of the ghost, can tie a bow on the top or he can makes whatever he wants.

Halloween Customs

Halloween Apple Celebration is an old but in the same time funny and dangerous custom. On a hanging horizontally from the ceiling stick, people tied a string. On one side of the stick an apple was hung and on the other a lighted candle. Then they spinned around the stick and  than left it to untwist on its own. At the same time the people had to beat the apple without using their hands. Very often the candle flamed their faces but the people had lots of fun while playing.

Halloween Around Europe

Monday, December 10th, 2007

It is believed that the birthplace of Halloween is in Ireland and it is very popular holiday there. As in the days of Celts, in some areas people lit bone fires. The children choose costumes to spend the evening “trick-or-treating” in their neighborhoods. Many people attend parties with their friends. Usually they play games. The most popular is “snap-apple”. An apple is tied on a string to a tree and players attempt to bite it without using their hands. For the children parents arrange treasure hunts or arrange parties with sweets . The traditional food eaten on Halloween in Ireland is called “barnbrack.”. It is a type of fruit cake inside which is baked a muslin-wraped treat. It can foretell the future for the person who finds it.

How to find infant Halloween costume?

Halloween comes once a year but the parents face many issues when it comes to buying costume for their baby or infant. The baby costume needs to be easy to wear, to put it on and take it out so choose costume with zipper or buttons in the front. If it has to be pulled over the baby’s head then it should be with a stretchable neckline. Babies need frequently dipper changes so the costume needs to provide easy access. They also do not like to wear tight cloths so the costume must allow them to move easy. Pick a Halloween costume made from cotton and soft as the baby’s skin is very sensitive.
