Halloween cake
You need:
4 cups flour
2,5 g baking soda
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups brawn sugar
1 cup white cream
Mix the flour and the baking soda separately. Cream the eggs, sugar and milk .then add the flour. Carefully add the flour and mix. Bake 30min/180C. When is ready shape small ghosts over with white cream.
Pumpkin with honey
You need 1 not very big pumpkin
250 g pure honey
150 g walnut
Peel the pumpkin and cut in into small pieces. Place in baking dish and pour the honey over. Leave it for 1 hour. Bake 45 min/180C.When ready grind the walnuts and decorate. Serve cooled.
Cat cookies
small chocolate candies
2 eggs
100g water
1 cup butter
1 kg chocolate cake mix
Beat together butter, water and eggs and then add cake mix. Beat well and when ready form medium balls. Use the bottom of glass to flatten the balls on ungreased sheet. With fork form the whiskas, use the chocolate candies as eyes and form ears on the top of the cookies. Bake 15 min/200C.
Mint Halloween cookies
1, 5 cups sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
3,5 cups flour
50 g water
100g mint chocolate candies
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cream sugar and butter and add eggs and water. Beat well. Combine separately the flour with baking soda and then gradually add the eggs mixture. Chill the dough overnight. Wrap with cookie dough each mint candy completely and place in greased baking dish. Bake until cookies are golden brown.
Roasted pumpkin seeds
You need 2 cups pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon
Rinse the seeds very carefully then dry with paper towels but do not dry them completely. Mix with butter, sugar and spices and spread through a baking sheet. Bake for about 50 minutes.
