Halloween Dinner


Chicken Cutlets
10 chicken boneless and skinless pieces
1 egg
2 cups bread cramps
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup vegetable oil
pepper
salt
Beat the egg and dip the chicken pieces. Separately mix well parmesan,bread crumbs,salt and papper.Then add them in the mixture to coat compleately.Heat oil in large skillet and cook the chicken pieces till golden brown.

Heart Attack Mashed Potatoes
5 large potatoes
50 g butter
2tbs mayonnaise
100 g Greek cheese
Salt
Black pеper
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Boil till ready and add some salt. Drain potatoes well. In a large bowl mix potatoes, butter, mayo and black peper and mash with potato masher. When ready add cheese and serve hot.

Garlic potatoes
6 large potatoes,
1 full head garlic
80 g butter
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
 Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or till ready. Do not peel the garlic and place it in aluminum foil and drizzle olive oil over the top of garlic. Wrap it and bake for 40 minutes and allow to cool. In mixing bowl puree garlic with half butter and milk. Then add the potatoes and the rest of butter and milk. Mix till smooth.

Bread of the Dead
5 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon seed
1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Heat the butter, milk, and water until the butter melts. In large mixing bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour,1/2 cup sugar, salt and seeds. Then add the butter mixture into the bowl and stir. Beat the egg in other cup and add it. Then add flour till the dough is soft. Place the dough in a bowl and leave for 2 hours in warm place. Shape it like skeleton and bake on baking sheets for 40 min/180C or till golden brown.

Prepare the glaze. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar and the orange juice. Boil it for 2 minutes and stir permanently. Keep it warm and when the bread is ready glaze it with pastry brush.
